Product Description
The stick-on transducer is installed on the bottom of the hull by using Very High Bond(VHB) tape to provide both a super-easy installation and improved high-speed reading versus transom mounting. I needed a transducer for my 2011 ST175 aluminum Lowe so I could get depth readings when on plane w/ my 1190si. Could not go with a shoot thru hull due to boat being metal and could not mount another transducer on the transom without it getting in way of side imaging transducer. This worked great. Just stuck it on bottom of hull. Have not had any issues with the adhesive.

This transducer works well on the rear of a pontoon that has a bracket welded on from the factory. \It stays out of harms way as my bracket is up on the toon about an inch.

I very seldom am amazed anymore, but this product did the trick. I was very sceptical that two sided tape would hold this tranducer in place on the hull of my boat at speeds of 30+ mph but so far it's doing just fine. It solved the drilling holes issue and had no backspray problems....amazing.
